Warranty Information

Deacci guitar pickups are built with reliability, dependability and durability and are covered by a Full Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.  Should your pickups ever malfunction from defects in workmanship or materials, we will repair or replace them free of charge in accordance with this policy,and in a timely manner.

What is Covered?

Deacci Pickups are warranted to be free of material and workmanship defects.

How Long Coverage Lasts?

This warranty lasts for the lifetime of the Pickup. Warranty coverage ends if and when the pickup becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in workmanship or material.

How to Obtain Service

What We Will Do to Correct Problems

Warranted products will be repaired or replaced, at Deacci Ltd’s option, and returned at no charge.

What is Not Covered?

Failures due to misuse or abuse or unauthorised modifications are not covered by this warranty.

Pickups purchased pre-installed as “Original Equipment” on manufacturer’s guitars must be handled directly with the original guitar manufacturer.

Disconnecting the leads at the pickup or removing the coil tape will void the warranty. Breaking the solder joint on pickups with metal covers will void the warranty. Obvious abuse, misuse, or other alteration of the pickup will also void the warranty.

Deacci Ltd shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP:

It is our experience that a Guitar Pickup that fails prematurely due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, will generally do so very early in the products life cycle, often the first or second time it is used. It is uncommon for a product that was manufactured with a defect, to survive under normal use for any extended period of time.
