  • L.A. Studio S (neck & bridge)

    £455.00£475.00
The inspiration for designing this set came from the release of Sire's signature Larry Carlton S7. This is a relatively bright S-type guitar and our HSS set is designed to help smooth out those highs.  Under the pickguard, Sire have provided a super switch with treble bleed and a wiring scheme that splits the humbucker in position two. We used a slightly hotter than stock humbucker in order to improve on the position two split-coil and fatten the position one humbucker response.  We used alnico 2 magnets and a winding pattern to warm up the single-coils.
  • ST-56 (Alnico II) SSS

    £170.00£400.00
Our Vintage range of Strat single coils are wound to re-create the tones of the 50s and 60s for your Stratocaster style guitar. The ST-56 set is wound as per the originals, with Formvar magnet wire and Alnico II Magnets. The ST-63 set is wound with Plain Enamel and Alnico V magnets. This change marked the tail end of the hand wound era for production pickups at Fender.  The ST 56 set is warmer due to the weaker Alnico II magnets while the 63 is a brighter and slightly hotter pickup set. Neither set could be described as vintage hot. If you are a purist, these are most likely the two sets you should consider from the Deacci range. Old Fender pickups have a wide variation in their specifications,  so we can also help you create a specific set for needs by modifying any of our formulas to suit your end goal.

  • The perfect balance for any Rock guitarist who wants a Vintage Hot, touch-sensitive, snarly bridge that is still all strat single coil.

Blackhat single coils are for the player who wants more output from their strat in general, and a fatter sounding bridge position than classic old Fender pickups can provide. Many of the world's greatest strat players have modified their guitars and upgraded their pickups. So with the input from a number of local and indeed far off great guitarists, we decided to do the same.   For the Blackhats, the aim was to maintain the bridge as a single coil and bring it to the limit of what is achievable in terms of output with Vintage correct wire. Blackhat sets are wound with heavy vintage spec wire in the neck and middle positions, and 42 gauge Plain Enamel in the bridge, so you retain everything you like about the tones of a hot traditionally wound neck and middle, albeit with more output and punch. With a PE wound bridge, this position will now have significantly more output, punch and bass, all while retaining a traditional single coil tone and clarity. If you usually resort to a humbucker in the bridge these might change your mind! We currently have two variants of this recipe, Blackhat I's and II's with increasing output

  • The perfect balance for any Rock guitarist who wants a Vintage Hot set with a humbucker in the bridge.

Blackhat HSS sets are for the player who wants a little more output from their strat or superstrat in general, with a humbucking pickup in the bridge. To create this set we wound vintage voiced version of our PAF style humbuckers into the bridge position. With the correct 53mm F Spacing to ensure correct pole screw alignment on Fender style guitars, the humbucker is matched or calibrated with the single coils to ensure even volume across all switch positions. Blackhat sets are wound with heavy vintage spec wire in the neck and middle positions, and 42 gauge Plain Enamel in the bridge humbucker. We install as standard 4 wire on the bridge humbucker of all HSS sets as this allows a number of interesting switching options to be used. We currently have two variants,  Blackhat I's or Blackhat II's.

  • Classic Telecaster pickups with clarity and depth Teletone C

The C is for Classic or Country, with a 7.8k bridge and a 6.2k neck these are our classic tele pickups. They have all the tele Twang you could want and have the usual dynamics and touch sensitivity you can find in all our pickups. If you want an upgrade from your stock pickups with similar output to the old classics, but much more lush sounding this is the set you need
  • Upgrade your Tele Tone with Vintage Hot Teletone X

The hot vintage is a classic Telecaster pickup set that is slightly overwound to provide some extra bite. A Teletone X set is best suited to country styles and players who want a little more drive to the front of your amp, but not enough to sacrifice any of that typical telecaster Twang. They still have enough output to make this a set rock and blues players will also enjoy.
  • TeleTone Z – Hot Telecaster

    £300.00£400.00

Upgrade your Tele Tone with Vintage Hot+ Teletone Z

This hot vintage set takes the output of the Teletone X a stage further.  A Teletone Z can still play country with the volume rolled back, but it will also take you into hard rock territory with an incredibly punchy bridge position and a smooth but balanced neck. If you like using your guitar volume to control the drive this is probably our most versatile traditional Telecaster set. Codenamed "The Beast" and then the Telepunk during its development, with the Teletone Z we decided to see exactly how much vintage-spec plain enamel magnet wire we could get onto the pickup without losing the telecaster twang and this is what we came up with. An open neck cover is the only option on this set, with this amount of punch we need to let all the highs out and the open cover helps this, it also looks pretty nice too.
